Job description

Point focal du client au quotidien, le CSR a pour mission de garantir une bonne relation client et décliner les besoins en interne :

  • - En collaboration avec l'Ingénieur d'Affaires, élaborer des offres
  • - Administrer, gérer et coordonner les commandes dans le respect des règles contractuelles et réglementaires
  • - Suivre l'exécution du carnet de commande en interne et maintenir une communication active ses partenaires internes
  • - Tenir le client régulièrement informé de la progression des commandes, contrats, garanties, retours
  • - Gérer la facturation et le recouvrement à date
  • - Gérer la disponibilité des crédits documentaires et licences
  • - Gérer les litiges client

Job requirements

Maîtrise de SAP domaine ventes
Expérience en Crédit documentaire et garanties bancaires
Expérience dans le secteur industriel
Rigueur - Autonomie dans la résolution de problèmes - Excellent relationnel - Ecoute Client
